Life—the existence of truly living—doesn’t begin until you close the door on the past.

My post-high school goals had been right on track—literally. But when the doctors said that I could no longer run, I was faced with two choices—give up or change direction.

Unexpectedly, singing became my new passion—a passion fueled by the most gorgeous guy I had ever met.

I can’t say that I believe in love at first sight, but after meeting Gavin, I can now say with certainty that I believe in recognition at first meeting.

He was unquestionably my soul mate.
Only one obstacle stood in our way.
He was a ghost.

In Whispers in Eternity, Noelle always dreamed of going to college on a scholarship thanks to her running on her high school’s track team and being successful at it. But when she collapses while running one day, doctors warn her that she can no longer run onthe track team, and now she’s in the hospital waiting for a heart transplant, forced to give up her dream. After the transplant, she finds a new passion, singing, and then she meets Gavin. He’s everything she’s ever wanted…Only problem? He’s dead.

Noelle is an amazing character with a strength and intelligence far beyond her years. One can’t help but cheer for her as she faces every challenge head on, and ends up stronger than before. She and Gavin make a good couple. They’re both sweet and caring and would do anything for each other. The characters are believable, and even the ghost story doesn’t seem far-fetched.

If you enjoy sweet YA paranormal romance, then I would recommend this book.
