Character Spotlight Hell School Blog Tour

Jacqueline ToboniName: Jill Thomas

Age: 14

Interests: Jill is very androgynous, loves martial arts, Highlander, Star Trek, and X-files. She has very little patience, is a spit fire, and despises most of the things that her girly friends push her into such as wearing dresses, make up, jewelry and being a girl.

Who do I see playing Jill? None other than the lovely Jacqueline Toboni. Her character Trouble in Grimm was a dead ringer for my friend who Jill is based on. Despite being tough, she brings a certain formidably impressiveness that is perfect for how Jill sees herself.

About the Book

Hell School Final CoverHell School: Fresh Meat is available for preorder on Amazon and Smashwords.

High school is hard, especially when you’re a freshman in a new town, surrounded by people you don’t understand and who don’t understand you.  Sam was overwhelmed just trying to fit in. Then she is singled out with the first letter.

While some girls envy the “romantics” of this unknown admirer, Sam can tell something isn’t right.  Sam wanted to just blend in, but someone’s eye is fixated on her.  As the letters and bad poetry continue, so does the nagging in Sam’s stomach telling her this is not normal.

When things escalate from strange to creepy, Sam’s world becomes a nightmare.  Twisted admiration is stalking her around every corner in the high school from hell….

  1. I hadn’t heard of this one, Majanka, and I’m not sure it would really work for me. A lot of high school stories just don’t help me connect, and I think it’s because school is very different here than in the US. It does sound quite interesting, though 🙂

    • Lexxie, I hope you give it a try. It is not so much about high school as about being a teenager. The annoyance of a boy who won’t leave her alone, and the fear that builds. It is gonna be a great series!

  2. I’ve never heard about this until now but it sounds really good! Love the title and I really can’t wait to check it out!

  3. Majanka, Thank you for hosting a character spotlight today. Hello everyone! Thanks for joining us today and I hope you come by some of the other stops on the tour. If you have any questions about Hell School: Fresh Meat, let me know!
