Set in the same series as the book I reviewed earlier this week, A Trap in Paris, Singapore Under Attack once again features Dr. Gideon Ben Ari, a brilliant specialist in advanced technology, with an impressive career in the defense forces. This time, Dr. Gideon Ben Ari is called upon by the Israeli Mossad to combat a cyber attack planned by the Iranians in Singapore, which would target the Israeli and American embassies and cause worldwide terror.
Gideon must think out of the box if he wants to stop this cyberattack. He’d helped by an international task force, but the responsibility falls solely on his shoulders, and he has to stay alert and use all his skills, if he wants to stop this cyberthreat.
Another excellent thriller, although not as good as A Trap in Paris, which I read previously. I thought that the cyberattacks were often a little farfetched, and thought the other book was more realistic. Still, very enjoyable, and would definitely recommend it to thriller fans, especially cyberthrillers.
