This week’s question:

“What is your favorite book set in a “winter” world?

Gosh, what a difficult question! I’d have to say Narnia. And maybe The Shining too, winter plays a huge role there too, with the isolation of the hotel and stuff.

This week we have to talk about our favorite books for 2013. That’s actually quite easy for me. My favorite 2013 books were “The Crossing Places” by Elly Griffiths, “Ghost Story” by Peter Straub, “Last Days” by Adam Nevill, and “Clockwork Princess” by Cassandra Clare, the last being my absolute favorite.

What were your favorite reads for 2013?

Happy Mardi Gras! If they were throwing the HOTTEST books off of a Mardi Gras float — what would you do to have them throw to you…?

Jump up and down, wave my arms, yell thel oudest I can, maybe even use my non-existent superpowers to fly and grab those books. Or I’d buy a lasso and grab the books as they’re thrown out. But I wouldn’t do what I’ve seen so many girls do during the Mardi Gras parade and stuff and flash their boobs and sometimes even more. It’s fine if they want to do it, but I wouldn’t go that far myself.
I’m curious to see though what you would do to get those books! Please reply below. Leave a link to your blog and I’ll definitely come read your post (and follow of course!)

This week’s question: If you could choose one supernatural being/creature to really exists what would it be and why?

That’s vampires, hands down. I know that they’re usually the bloodsucking type, not the sparkly ones, and I’m fine with that as long as…well…I get to be one as well. I’m terrified of growong old, and eventually dying. Yep. That’s one of my worst fears right there (confession time for me, heh) and I seriously don’t want that to happen. So I’m going for vampires. Then I’ll make a bargain with one of them to turn me into a vampire as well, and I’ll live forever. That’s my genius master plan. The alternative is that I turn into Buffy The Vampire Slayer and kick their ass if they don’t want to change me.

What type of supernatural being would you like to exist, if any?

This week’s question is: What New Years Blogging or Writing resolution have you placed on yourself?

Answer: I’ve come up with several resolutions for the New Year. First of all, I’m going to try and read and review 150 Books in 2013. I nearly made it last year, so I’m hoping I get there this time around. Secondly, I want to revamp my reviewing system. The way it’s now, it sometimes takes me several weeks between reading a book and reviewing it, which isn’t ideal. I want to keep this at a week tops. I can’t review a book right away after reading, because I like to think it through first, but still, several weeks is way too long. I want to go back to blogging every day here, and participate in my weekly memes. And most of all, I want to have fun and discovers lots of new, exciting books!
